More improvements to the site

News Section

A news page has now been added to the site before you actually login, so you can keep up to date with all the latest news from the Athletics world via feeds from European Athletics, BBC Sport and the IAAF.  I will probably look at integrating this in to the main logged in part of the site as well in the next day or so and allow people to add specific RSS feeds to their own news page.

Mobile Site Improvements

The iPhone/iPod version of the site has had some slight modifications to it done.  Previously, it was possible to see anyone’s profile if you knew what you were doing, however now if you try to access anyone’s profile who isn’t a friend, you will be redirected to a Friend Request page where you can send that person a request to confirm.

Additionally, if you are looking for someone specifically, there is also a “Find Friends” page on the mobile site now.  Again, you can find people and then send them a friend request.

Website News
